• Lead the Data Standardization and Governance strategy for data from the Utah Processing Center, Capital One’s in house Perso Bureau (personalization of cards)
• Own the outcomes related to helping drive improvements in the production system at UPC including the reconciliation process, self healing controls and well managed improvements for for the in house production of cards at Capital One
• Take improvements identified from in house production to influence changes at 3rd party suppliers, improving SLAs, cost and production quality
• Partner with Data Analysts, Correspondence Product teams and Platform tenants to understand the evolving needs of our production data for consumers and develops strategies to connect the data product, where appropriate across the capital one eco-system
• Immerse yourself in understanding your customer(s) by employing empathy and design thinking to build a customer-backed product roadmap that that drives business value

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
