A family in McLean, VA is looking for a full-time nanny to care for their three children ages 6, 4, and 2, with the youngest home full-day and the older two in school. The ideal candidate is energetic, loving, and confident managing multiple children, with a strong preference for someone seeking a long-term role. Dad travels frequently for work, so the nanny should be comfortable either traveling with the family (on private flights, both domestic and international) or staying overnight with the kids when needed.
This role includes keeping the children’s routine running smoothly, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a fun, engaging environment for growth and development. A current U.S. passport is required, and the ability to jump into a supportive, active household is essential.

Qualifications️ At least 5 years of professional nannying experience
️ Must be legal to work in the US
️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
️ Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car
