Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Infant Teacher who speaks Spanish to support communication with bilingual families and enrich our culturally inclusive environment. The ideal candidate provides responsive care while fostering early development and strong connections with both infants and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, responsive infant care and supervision

• Support sensory development and early learning through interaction and play

• Communicate daily updates with families in English and Spanish as needed

• Foster a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

• Follow health and licensing regulations at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications

• Fluent or conversational Spanish required

• Experience caring for infants preferred

• Knowledge of infant development and responsive caregiving practices

• Warm, patient, and dependable personality

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to meet state childcare licensing and background requirements
