Are you an experienced and reliable nanny who thrives in a team environment? A warm and welcoming McLean family is looking for a dedicated and proactive caregiver to support their growing household. They have a playful and energetic 14-month-old and are expecting a new baby soon! This role is a true team effort, working alongside a stay-at-home mom to ensure both children are well cared for while also helping with household tasks.

Responsibilities include engaging with the toddler through play, walks to the park, and activities, as well as providing support with the newborn when needed. In addition to childcare, the family is looking for someone who can assist with household tasks such as laundry, meal prep, and general tidying—essentially a hybrid nanny/family assistant who can seamlessly pitch in where needed. With Dad frequently traveling for work, reliability and professionalism are a must.

This is an incredible opportunity for a nanny who also enjoys household management and is eager to become an essential part of the family.

At least 5 years of professional nannying experience
Must be legal to work in the US
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car
