As Estimator, you will play a key role in the preconstruction process, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and leadership to support successful project pursuits from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.

• Preparing detailed conceptual and hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate pricing
• Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Performing quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Assisting with budgeting, value engineering, and preconstruction planning
• Coordinating with operations and project management teams during project handoff
• Identifying project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintaining relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Supporting proposal preparation and bid submission processes
• Participating in pre-bid meetings and client presentations as needed

• 3–8+ years’ experience in estimating with a General Contractor
• Proven experience estimating commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing structures
• Experience with estimating software and construction management tools
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
