As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while leading project teams across multiple phases of construction.

• Managing all phases of construction projects from inception to close‑out
• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Leading coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Driving procurement and subcontractor buyout processes
• Monitoring costs, risks, quality, and overall project execution
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Leading project meetings and reporting progress to executive leadership
• Managing RFIs, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
• Mentoring and supporting junior project management staff
• Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to repeat business opportunities

• 8–15+ years’ experience in construction project management with a General Contractor
• Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, and financial management
• Ability to lead projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
