About the RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while leading project teams across multiple phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities- Managing all phases of construction projects from inception to close‑out
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Leading coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Driving procurement and subcontractor buyout processes
- Monitoring costs, risks, quality, and overall project execution
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Leading project meetings and reporting progress to executive leadership
- Managing RFIs, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
- Mentoring and supporting junior project management staff
- Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to repeat business opportunities
- 8–15+ years’ experience in construction project management with a General Contractor
- Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, and financial management
- Ability to lead projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
