Position Overview:

This is an assistant managerial position and reports to the Superintendent in charge of the project and the General Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with day-to-day supervision of project.

* Assist with supervision of company field labor and subcontractor activities.

* Assist in maintaining project safety.

* Assist in maintaining project housekeeping/cleanup of job site.

* Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation.

* Assist in resolving any field conflicts.

* Assist in insuring proper job sequencing.

* Assist with owner occupant relations.

* Coordinate and receive deliveries.

* Regular project visits

* Oversee your own projects when required.

* Other duties as assigned.
