Clark Civil seeks an experienced Civil Estimator to support projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, with emphasis on CMAR delivery. The role involves analyzing drawings, preparing estimates for divisions 3,5,6,31,32 and 33, and leading subcontractor bid discussions.
Based in/around Bethesda with field exposure opportunities, you will mentor junior estimators, manage risk on bids, and help grow a profitable backlog across rail, intermodal, and heavy civil facilities.
