Summary
:

We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate BIM Manager with a proven track record in U.S.

-based data center construction. The ideal candidate will possess a powerful combination of advanced technical/software expertise and robust, hands‑on construction experience.

• Lead and facilitate critical coordination meetings with clients, owners, and subcontractors to clearly communicate construction sequences, resolve clashes, and align on project milestones.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of BIM/VDC workflows specifically tailored to complex, mission‑critical data center environments.
• Manage 3D model aggregation, clash detection, and resolution processes across MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and design teams to ensure virtual models accurately reflect constructability and field conditions.
• Transition seamlessly between office‑based modeling workflows and active construction sites for mandatory on‑site progress meetings and field verifications.

• Demonstrated, direct experience working on U.S.
  
  -based data center construction projects is strictly required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. You must be comfortable leading client-facing discussions and defending construction methodology.
• Expert-level command of industry-standard BIM/VDC software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, constructability, and the fast-paced coordination demands of mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to work primarily from the local office, with the flexibility to travel to job sites for face-to-face client and team meetings as needed.
