MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a driven Cost Estimator II in McLean, VA to support the Client Programs Market on the Cost Management Team. You will deliver estimates from conceptual through design development, perform quantity surveys, and provide value-driven recommendations to shape projects.
Work with senior staff on commercial construction estimates, price labor/materials, and maintain the historical cost database.
