BOWA - Design Build Experts in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead daily field operations on residential remodeling projects. You will be the on-site representative, oversee inspections, supervise carpenters and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
You will maintain ongoing communication with clients and the Production Manager, manage plan changes, and prepare two-week look-ahead schedules, tracking materials and job progress from start to finish.
