Cherry Talent Group partnered with a luxury custom home builder in McLean, VA to hire a Site Superintendent. This on-site leadership role will oversee ultra-luxury homes valued from $5M to $10M+, emphasizing design, craftsmanship, and on-site execution.
You will lead on-site construction from pre-development through warranty, coordinate subs, ensure safety, quality, and schedule, and collaborate with Project Managers using Procore (or Builder Trend).
