• Develop graphics, digital media, and other multimedia products.
• Utilize request management tools to provide swift, high quality customer support for communication requests.
• Create graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products.
• Develop design concepts and implement designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented online.
• Ensure products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances.
• Conduct technical quality checks.
• Manage an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so that it complies with responsive design principles.

• 5 years of experience with BS/BA, 9 years of experience with no degree required.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph-level clearance required.
• Experience with leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products.
• Front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS.
• Photography and video editing.
• Mentoring and training junior staff.
• Creating graphic products that provide engaging and user-friendly experience.
• Developing design concepts and implementing designs for new web pages, mobile apps, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented online.
• Ensuring products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances.
• Conducting technical quality checks.

$104,000 - $166,000 — typical salary range for this position, determined by scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, location, and company factors. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
