Multimedia Content Producer: Video, Social & Podcasts

YTS Wealth Management is seeking a talented and driven Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a full-time member of our Media and Video Production Department, you’ll work closely with our Director of Media and Video Production to create impactful, high-quality content that engages and informs our audience.

Salary: $57,000-$59,000 / year

• Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute creative concepts for videos, photos, and social media content aligned with our brand.
• Video Production & Editing: Film and edit videos using software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Photo Editing: Create visually stunning imagery using Lightroom CC, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Camera Operation: Operate professional cameras in manual modes to capture high-quality visuals.
• Podcast Production: Plan, record, and edit podcasts for distribution on various platforms.
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content for our social media accounts, ensuring consistency in tone and branding using Sprout Social.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop innovative content strategies that support business objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to our content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in video editing software(DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut).
• Expertise in photo editing tools(Lightroom CC, Photoshop, Canva).
• Proficiency in reading social media data analytics using
  Sprout Social.
• Strong knowledge of professional camera operation and lighting setups.
• Experience creating content for and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your creative work in video, photography, and/or social media.
• This role may require periodic travel to YTS Wealth Management branch locations.

• Salary Range: $57,000 – $59,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
