Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAcentra Health is looking for a Presentation Designer, Mid to join our growing team.
Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting marketing, business development, and executive efforts by creating presentation, document, and spreadsheet templates; designing visuals for presentations and proposals; formatting presentations and documents and ensuring consistency; designing marketing collateral; and creating graphics, icons, and other visual elements.
This position is based in our corporate office in McLean, Virginia
Job Responsibilities- Create brand‑compliant, creative, and visually compelling Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel themes and templates.
- Design presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, and documents using Microsoft Office and graphic design applications.
- Develop clear, compelling, and attractive infographics and icons.
- Format and finalize documents for print and digital distribution, including PDFs, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word documents, interactive files, etc.
- Work with subject matter experts to translate technical or complex content into clear, visually appealing graphics, infographics, charts, and templates. Create unique layouts for proposal responses, white papers, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Maintain and follow corporate brand style and writing style guidelines including font requirements, color palettes, logo, and corporate image parameters, etc. Ensure brand cohesion and consistency across all deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of templates, style guides, design systems, and processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with executives to create board presentations, maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or other related field of study from an accredited college or university and 2 years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience.
- Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio; Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign; and Canva and Figma).
- This position is based in our corporate office in McLean, Virginia.
- Expert ability to design presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with teams to prioritize assignments while maintaining high quality.
- Strong layout, typography, and document design skills.
- Experience working with large, text‑heavy documents and managing version control.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

CompensationThe pay range for this position is listed below.
Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
USD $62,880.00 - USD $80,000.00 / Yr.
