KeyTasks:
The graphic designer shall perform the following tasks:
- Provide tailored communications products for different stakeholders (e.g. senior leadership, operational and technical partners, and oversight staff) as directed by the customer.
- Work closely with the Mission Center Executive Director and Front office personnel to support graphics creation for the entire Mission Center.
- Occasionally provide quick reaction for production of graphics needed to meet Mission Center Front Office deadlines.
- Primarily develop graphics products on customer system but shall access low-side image/vector libraries to search and download graphics that can be customized for logos, briefing, and other media.
- Significant experience with Adobe Creative's suite of tools to include:
- Adobe Illustrator (charting and vector illustrations)
- Adobe Photoshop (photo editing and composition for covers)
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly
Skills:
- Visual Communication & Design
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging graphics, presentations, infographics, and other visual products. - Presentation & Layout Design
- Skilled in creating polished, professional presentations, marketing materials, reports, and digital/print content. - Attention to Detail & Collaboration
- Strong eye for accuracy, consistency, and branding while working effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Education / Certifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
The proposed salary range for this position in Virginia is 195,000 to 210,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
