As a Licensed Client Service Associate, you will serve a select group of clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the client service team. You will expand the team’s capacity by owning key aspects of the client service workflow and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience at every touchpoint. You adapt well to change, embrace growth, and take pride in delivering an experience clients enthusiastically share with others. If you are energized by helping others, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy both leadership and hands‑on service, this opportunity offers the best of both worlds.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Your work directly enhances the lives of clients seeking financial confidence and security.
- Join a nurturing, evolving wealth management practice that values initiative, professional development, and fresh ideas.
- This is a high‑touch, concierge‑style service model where trust, responsiveness, and excellence define success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver high‑touch, concierge-level service to assigned clients.
- Build lasting relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Proactively communicate, follow up, and anticipate client needs.
- Serve as liaison between advisors, clients, and custodians.
- Manage all aspects of account servicing, including new account openings and transfers, contributions and redemptions, beneficiary and title changes, money movements and documentation preparation.
- Prepare reports and materials for client review meetings.
- Coordinate scheduling and meeting preparation.
- Ensure accuracy through detailed proofreading and quality control.
- Establish, implement, and maintain client service best practices.
- Manage complex or escalated client situations with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership to continuously enhance processes.
- Proactively assign and communicate tasks to ensure accountability and timeliness.
- Identify workflow improvements and implement solutions.
- Support firm events and special projects.
- Maintain organized records and efficient back‑office operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of wealth management experience.
- MUST HAVE a Series 65 and/or Series 7/66 to be considered. No Exceptions.
- Experience with client onboarding, paperwork processing, and event coordination.
- Knowledge of financial planning firm back‑office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with industry platforms such as Redtail CRM, Morningstar Workstation, Wealthscape, eMoney, Envestnet, Laserfiche, Laser App, and major custodians (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab) preferred.
- Full suite of benefits.
