Job Description Takeoff Initiatives Inc. is looking for an ambitious Client Service Representative to support AT&T customer acquisitions and account growth. This Client Service Representative role combines relationship-building, customer engagement, and sales strategy to help customers find the communication and connectivity solutions that best fit their lifestyle. If you enjoy working with people, achieving goals, and making an impact through direct interactions, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.
As a Client Service Representative, you will meet with customers to discuss AT&T products and services, answer questions, and guide them through available options. Rather than simply processing transactions, our Client Service Representatives will act as a trusted resource who helps customers understand the value of AT&T's wireless services, internet solutions, and device offerings. Your ability to build rapport, uncover customer needs, and provide personalized recommendations will be key to your success.
Client Service Representative Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective and existing customers to discuss AT&T products and services.
* Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals and budget.
* Drive new customer enrollments, sales, upgrades, and account expansions.
* Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
* Present current promotions, device options, and service packages.
* Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions when needed.
* Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately.
* Stay up to date on AT&T product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
Client Service Representative Qualifications
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer relations.
* Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
* Professional, positive, and adaptable mindset.
* Customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required.
