Co‑op Position – Spring 2026 (Learning & Development)

We are hiring a co‑op position for the Spring 2026 term to support our client‑facing Learning Solutions (Learning & Development) team. The successful candidate may undertake the following work:

• Coordinate program launches, using our learning management system to set up eLearning courses and upload participants.
• Provide technical support in facilitated virtual training sessions, including managing breakout rooms and taking attendance.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to create detailed reports for clients, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work with Microsoft Suite to improve processes and ensure accuracy in reporting and data management.

Our co‑op positions are full‑time, 40 hours per week between 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST. Some client engagements may require flexible work hours and strong internet connectivity.

We are looking to hire a co‑op student with a passion for Human Resources, strong writing skills and attention to detail, excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word), exceptional time management, and comfort working collaboratively with different people across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

As a McLean & Company co‑op student, you’ll also have access to McLean Academy, a series of online research‑informed courses pre‑approved for professional development credits by the HRPA, SHRM, and HRCI.
