As a preschool teacher at the Transformational Education Adventure Center, you will be part of a fast‑paced business while making a difference in the lives of children. Prefer candidates with a CDA or a degree in Education or a related field.

• Can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with children, families and staff, and build a positive relationship
• Supervises children attending the program and promotes safety and respect among all participants
• Is an A‑player driven to be the best, challenges yourself by setting goals, crushing them, and helps teammates do the same
• Is solution‑oriented – you see obstacles as opportunities, naturally take initiative, aren’t afraid to propose ideas and provide bold solutions

• Assist in planning and implementing a daily program for ages 3‑5
• Follow school policy, county and state rules
• Monitor children to ensure their health, safety and physical well‑being
• Participate in regular staff meetings and assist with in‑service training as needed

• Exceptional written and oral skills
• People skills: you must care deeply for others
• Exceptional organizational skills: love for attention to detail
