Assistant Teacher

The T.E.A. Center is seeking an Assistant Teacher (Part‑time/ Full‑time) to join our supportive, family‑owned childcare community.

As a Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside an experienced Lead Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom environment. You’ll support daily routines, learning activities, and hands‑on experiences that help children grow, explore, and thrive.

• $13–$17 per hour
• Minimum 2 days/week required
• 5‑day availability preferred
• Consistent availability between 7:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Minimum 1‑year commitment preferred
