What this role involves

We are seeking a highly capable Sales Coordinator - Marketing & Client Delivery to support our top brokerage producers by leading the development of sophisticated, client-facing marketing and deliverables across active leasing assignments.

This role sits at the center of live deal execution, partnering directly with brokers to bring strategy to life through best-in-class materials, thoughtful market insights, and polished presentations. You will operate as a trusted extension of the deal team, contributing to how we position assets, advise clients, and win in the market.

Client & Deal Execution

* Partner closely with brokers to develop and deliver client-facing materials across active leasing assignments

* Produce tour books, market overviews, competitive analyses, and leasing updates that reflect clear strategy and strong positioning

* Translate complex deal dynamics and market data into concise, compelling narratives for clients

* Support the execution of deliverables from initial concept through final production

Marketing & Design

* Create high-quality marketing materials including property flyers, brochures, and email campaigns

* Design and refine presentations for client meetings, portfolio reviews, and ongoing engagement

* Ensure all outputs meet a high bar for design, clarity, and consistency

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Required

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

* Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (portfolio or work samples preferred)

* Demonstrated ability to produce polished, client-ready materials in a deadline-driven environment

* Proven track record of managing multiple deliverables and competing deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting project timelines

Preferred

* 2-4+ years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or a related professional services environment

* Experience supporting leasing or capital markets teams

* Strong design eye with attention to detail, layout, and visual storytelling

* Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working directly with senior producers

* Ability to effectively coordinate with and leverage design team resources when project requirements necessitate specialized creative or technical design support
