This 1099 position is contingent upon contract award.

The Leadership Coach provides structured, results-oriented coaching to federal leaders participating in leadership development initiatives. This is a formal coaching role, not mentoring. Participants are expected to act on guidance and complete development actions aligned with OPM ECQs.

Roles may require surge-period availability during high-volume tasking.

• Deliver one-on-one coaching engagements lasting up to six months.
• Use Stafford's coaching dashboard to track sessions, metrics, and assessments.
• Provide unlimited asynchronous support through approved communication tools.
• Administer coaching agreements outlining confidentiality and expectations.
• Conduct intake, goal-setting, and development planning sessions.
• Administer assessments (360, MBTI, DiSC) with COR approval.
• Submit monthly coaching status reports and end-of-engagement evaluations.
• Maintain non-personal services boundaries at all times.

• Professional coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent).
• Experience coaching federal leaders (GS-13 to SES).
• Strong documentation, reporting, and virtual delivery skills.
• Familiarity with OPM ECQs preferred.
