As a Systems Test Engineer on our team, you'll work with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Navy to rapidly prototype and deploy cutting edge maritime targeting capability afloat and ashore, providing critical time-sensitive information to our warfighters on the edge of operations. Your customer will t rus t you to not only test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up-front and early to develop the system with advanced technology solutions.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience supporting developmental test and evaluation (D T & E ) activities and system-level integration of complex multi-domain systems in support of a Program Management Office or warfare center
• 5+ years of experience with acceptance test activities such as Site Acceptance Tests ( SAT ) and Factory Acceptance Tests ( FAT )
• Experience developing fully integrated test architectures in collaboration with stakeholders and guided implementation of these designs
• Experience with naval combat systems
• Ability to develop test strategies, plans, reports, and briefings, and participate in test execution, verification, or analysis
• Ability to read and validate technical specifications, drawings, and test procedures
• Ability to define, develop, maintain, and execute large-scale system test plans and overarching T&E strategy documents, including Test and Evaluation Strategy ( TES ) , Test and Evaluation Master Plans ( TEMP ) , System Integration Test Plans ( SITP ) , Enterprise Verification Plans ( EVP ) , Verification Cross Reference Matrices ( VCRM ) , and Requirements Verification Files ( RVFs )
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with Virtual Machines ( VMs ) to create a virtual environment with a mix of VM types, including various Windows and Linux Oss
• Experience with Navy fires, intelligence, or targeting programs
• Experience with sof tware engineering, including design, development, testing, integration, or production of advanced sof tware systems
• Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
• TS / SCI clearance
• ITEA Certified Test and Evaluation Professional ( CTEP ) or similar T & E Professional Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;
Top Secret clearance is required.
