Responsibilities
  • Lead dynamic design engineering projects, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Craft technical proposals, manage client relationships, and drive project success.
  • Spearhead innovative design solutions to ensure exceptional quality and impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical engineering proposals.
  • Orchestrate projects with precision, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Navigate project financials, providing clear insights and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Forge lasting partnerships, acting as the trusted liaison to guide projects to success and exceed client goals.
  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and fueling future success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years’ applicable experience.
  • I&C Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the nuclear or power industries as an I&C Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred.
  • Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision‑making, and presentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites.
  • Ability to travel between 10‑15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks.
Compensation Range
