Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept through the product lifecycle, using advanced advisory skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work independently with minimal direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

• 3+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoW or government systems or capabilities.
• 2+ years of experience with practical Model Based Systems Engineering for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo.
• Experience developing enterprise or mission architectures using the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
• Ability to critically think through the use of mission architectures and mission engineering threads to inform analysis and generate assessments that answer investigative questions pertaining to alternatives analysis, cause and effect, or capability gap identification.
• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

• Experience with Model-Based Verification and Validation.
• Experience with MATLAB, STK, Model Center, or Team Center.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) Certification.
• INCOSE SE Certification.

Projected compensation range: $86,800.00 to $ annually.
