The Ed Wallach Search Group is seeking a Field Training and Support Engineer in McLean, VA. This pivotal role involves leading technical training and providing essential support for counter-UAS technology. Candidates must have 5–7 years of experience in Field Engineering or Technical Training, alongside deep knowledge of Radio Frequency systems. This is an in-office position with a significant travel requirement of 50–75%.

The ideal candidate would hold a FAA Part 107 certification and a relevant engineering degree.
