ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation or maintenance of architectural, furniture, and space allocation drawings. Serve as the workflow gatekeeper throughout the facility lifecycle. Conduct space audits or surveys to document ground truth conditions and incorporate that data into master files. Create or maintain standards or processes for the CAFM system. Produce, review, and analyze facility data. Develop space occupancy or utilization reports for senior managers and integrate that information with finance and real estate data.
Perform space utilization and allocation forecasting. Maintain or enhance facilities data by reviewing or introducing changes based on requirements and applying industry trends, emerging technologies, standards, and new vendor offerings. Collaborate with technical and application teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions to support project and systems requirements.
- 1+ years of experience with AutoCAD or Archibus
- Knowledge of using automated design systems and tools, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of the facilities lifecycle, including design, construction, renovation, and space management
- Ability to create or modify facility plans, drawings, or schematics independently
- Ability to learn and apply CAD and facilities attribute data standards
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with facilities design and operations, or 5+ years of experience with facilities design and operations in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of Archibus
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
