The Solutions Manager role is focused on providing technical solutions leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or relevant experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Construction Management. Minimum of 6+ years' experience in professional services, construction, maintenance, and operations contracts. Possess strong written communications skills and be detail oriented. Computer software

Work with technical and management subject matter experts to prepare technical solutions, documentation, and management in accordance with company guidelines and philosophies. Develop technical solutions relating to facility management and support the documentation of systems and solutions. Act as team leader, coordinating, directing, and developing other members of the process staff. Determine processes based on knowledge, experience, and correspondence with design/engineering firms.
Read and understand plans and specifications for major/complex projects. Researches and collects input from multiple internal and external resources. Understanding of multiple project types and analysis of past and future program performance with the ability to understand assumptions, risks, and opportunities. Utilize the full capabilities of software packages to improve production, quality, accuracy, and deliverables. Review project plan and schedule for all projects within region.
Strong working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems. Ability to work collaboratively in mobile work environment. Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint). Strong project management skills. Ability to recognize, troubleshoot, document, and optimize facilities processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret financial data relating to facilities. Understanding of the critical facility environment, including hospitals, airports, and data centers.
