Manager – Product Management, Card Customer Resiliency:
Delinquency Offers

Capital One’s Card Customer Resiliency team modernizes technology and builds customer‑centric experience for customers who are experiencing financial hardship. The product manager will own the product roadmap for solutions that enable customers to resolve delinquent balances, with a focus on personalized offers and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for delinquency offer programs.
  • Define metrics and evaluate the impact of initiatives on customer outcomes and credit risk.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, Compliance, Credit Risk) to deliver feature releases.
  • Advocate for the customer by translating field insights into product requirements.
  • Drive end‑to‑end product delivery from concept to launch and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Current or pending Bachelor’s or Master’s (or MBA with quantitative concentration) in a quantitative discipline.
  • Experience translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Salary

Chicago, IL: $149,800 – $171,000.

McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100.

New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100.

Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000.
