Position Overview

As a Loan Support Analyst within PNC's Midland Loan Servicing Group, you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact authorized parties to complete Borrower Admin registration for CRE Insight access.
  • Process borrower requests via phone, email, and CRE Insight portal.
  • Research and process incoming and aged funds.
  • Monitor delinquencies and perform collection activities.
  • Review and process borrower requested late charge waivers.
  • Complete address changes, audit confirmations, and rate caps reviews.
  • Communicate and collaborate with functional departments to assist borrowers with questions or issues.
  • Support the day‑to‑day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real‑estate loans (CMBS, balance‑sheet, and agency loans).
  • Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements to apply loan terms in servicing activities.
  • Resolve non‑compliant issues through written and verbal communication with internal and external parties.
  • Review and process loan payments, escrows, and reserve account disbursements.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic reporting (investor, internal, regulatory).
  • Perform covenant compliance testing, maintain accurate servicing records, support loan onboarding, transition, tax and insurance administration, and collection activities on delinquent accounts.
  • Possess funds disbursement authority as required.
  • Review reports to identify exceptions, ensure quality, and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
