Pen Fed Credit Union is seeking a (Hybrid) Sr Manager, Consumer Lending Policy & Analytics based in McLean, Virginia. The successful candidate will own the development and implementation of credit policy across Consumer Lending products, including credit risk monitoring.
Applicants should possess a Master’s degree and at least ten years of experience in quantitative analysis and credit policy, with a strong background in consumer lending products, project management, and data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
