Project Manager Senior

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Finance and Technology organizations. This role is crucial for driving strategic projects and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale Finance initiatives.

• 5 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Finance and Technology organizations.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing multiple work streams and coordinating senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to lead weekly status meetings, executive updates, and project governance activities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Financial Forecasting programs or Finance Transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning, budgeting, P&L, GL Subledger, Capital, Modeling, Corporate Finance, or related financial processes.
• Familiarity with applications and technologies supporting financial forecasting and reporting functions.

• Lead strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Finance initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis to define rollout strategies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
• Manage project communications, action items, meeting agendas, and documentation.
• Coordinate across multiple Finance and Technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive rollout, adoption, and change management activities for business users.
• Prioritize competing deliverables and manage multiple concurrent work streams.
