Wealth Client Relationship Manager

Wealth Management Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and grow the practice through referrals, delivering financial solutions that ignite the dreams of the people we exist to serve.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Operationally lead advisory teams under moderate supervision to help clients achieve financial goals.
  • Manage a book of assigned clients, supporting implementation of financial‑plan recommendations and coordination of asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Build meaningful and long‑lasting relationships, supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
Qualifications
  • University degree (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (3 years preferred).
  • All required FINRA registrations (Series7, Series
    63, Series
    65, Series
    66) obtained within 120 days of start date.
  • Life and health insurance license (resident state) from multiple issuers, obtained within 120 days.
  • Physical requirement: sedentary work.
Compensation

Base pay range: $71,300 per year – $80,500 per year, varying by experience, performance, and location. Compensation may include incentive programs linked to performance.
