The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations for company, working closely with our external accounting firmand global finance team. This role involves financial reporting, fund management, payroll administration,and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will haveastrongaccounting background, excellent communication skills,and the ability to bridge financial operations between the U.S. entityand our Korean headquarters.

• Coordinate with external accounting firms to prepare monthly, quarterly,andannual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, budget planning,and expense execution in alignment with corporate goals.
• Oversee payroll processing, vendor payments,and internal expense reimbursement.
• Handle tax filing sand compliance with federal, state,and local regulations.
• Develop internal financial control processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with the Korean headquarters finance team to consolidate report sand maintain transparency across entities.
• Support financial due diligence,audits,and funding-related documentationas needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPAorAICPAcertification preferred.
• Public accounting firm experience (Big 4 or regional) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAPand tax principles.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is highly preferred.
• Strong communication,analytical,and organizational skills.
• Experience in start-up or multinational environmentsaplus.
