Project Overview

• Team documents end to end model process, data validations and controls and model compatibility.
• Model process includes very high-risk models.
• Will be working with model owners to come up to a consensus.
• Will be working with model validators and internal auditors.
• Will be collaborating with other teams.
• Conceptual design of data validation and controls, and component models and designs
• Need someone who has a Quantitative background.
• Will be coordinating and developing responses coming in from FHFA Regulatory body.
• More on the Model Governance, Validation and Auditing side
• Mitigation exp is needed to ensure the review process.
• Management skills – Sr. Level candidate – Preferably at a Management Level
• Will be working with high level stakeholders.

MUST HAVES’

• Very Sr. Level folks – Management Oriented
• Quantitative Background
• Model Governance – Validations, Reviews, Audits, Controls, etc.
• Conceptual Designs
• Documentation
• Dealing with high level stakeholders
• Master’s/PHD – Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.

PREFERRED

• Dealing with Regulatory Bodies like FHFA – Not directly, resolving the compliance requirements coming in from them
• MRA Procedures
• GSE

Reporting exp needed – SAS, Python, Excel, Tableau, etc. exp will be good to have – They will not be using these extensively, just some documents are to be prepared based on these.
