Operations Advisor Senior - Investor Reporting - Midland

As an Operations Advisor Senior within PNC's Investor Reporting team you will be based within the PNC Midland footprint.

• Lead a critical operational support service, process, capability or initiative within an operational unit and ensure performance and/or risk indicators are met. Provide training and mentoring support to the team.
• Establish process performance measurements and oversee business impact. May implement critical business support services. Communicate performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Promote and monitor the production workflow and assist team members with complex escalation process issues. Independently identify and resolve exceptions and serve as a point of escalation.
• Monitor effectiveness and efficiency of production and/or process. Determine and/or drive change and improvement efforts in production and/or processes. Actively seek business partners and team members for collaboration.
• Ensure the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards. Independently resolve compliance issues and drive risk mitigation activities.

• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting; equivalent experience in complex financial operations will be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree, with 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
