Capital One’s Finance Data North Star is a horizontal product team charged with evolving the Finance data ecosystem. The Finance Data Director will lead product strategy, empower finance to produce, consume, and manage data across the data lifecycle, and drive innovative, customer‑centric solutions that support financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and investor needs.

The Finance Data North Star focuses on building data capabilities that empower Finance to produce, consume, and manage data throughout the data lifecycle, supporting a broad array of financial reporting to lines of business, regulators, and investors.

• Basic – Bachelor’s degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred – Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

• Richmond, VA: $209,500 – $239,100

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
