The OpportunityServe as a program control analyst providing contract financial management services for multiple contracts in a client account. Work with internal clients and infrastructure departments to analyze the resolution of financial, contractual, and administrative issues. Prepare monthly financial status reports and review contract awards and modifications for accuracy. Provide risk mitigation, manage reserves, and assist with analyzing business or budget planning and financial analyses.
YouHave
- 2+ years of experience with program and project financial management or contracting environments
- Experience in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel formulas, including in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment
- Ability to identify, research, and solve financial problems
- Experience with progressive government contract financial management
- Experience with cost estimating or financial management in a DoD environment, including IDIQ services at task order level with multiple subcontractors
- Experience applying formulas and functions to calculations in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with government contracting
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends, and discuss and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team effectively
- Ability to learn and teach fundamentals related to the support of program management activities
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, respond to directed assignments, think analytically, and comprehend the financial implications of the business
- Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements
- Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
