Executive Officer; Security Clearance

We are seeking an Executive Officer to join our Intelligence Division working in Northern Virginia. In this role, the Officer will support a USG critical mission.

The position requires all applicants to have previous Customer experience, ideally in an EXO, HR, or Support Officer role. EXOs are required to interface with department management daily, and should be well-organized, excellent writers and communicators, and be able to complete tasks quickly. This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified. Level of opportunity, including compensation, will be determined after in person meeting.
* Level 1: requires 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

* Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

* Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

* Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

* Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
* REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

* Bachelor's degree or 5 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree

* Prior Customer experience will determine level

* Prior EXO, HR, or Support Officer experience

* Customer specific writing experience
