Subcontract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Subcontracts / Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of federal subcontracts while supporting prime contract activities. This role requires strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations, subcontract negotiations, and federal procurement practices. The ideal candidate can independently administer solicitations, awards, modifications, and closeouts while ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements. This position works closely with program, legal, and finance teams in a fast-paced federal contracting environment.

• Manage the full lifecycle of federal subcontracts, including solicitations, negotiations, awards, modifications, and closeout.
• Draft and negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements, ensuring proper FAR/DFARS clause flow-downs.
• Conduct cost/price analysis, support supplier selection, and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Assist with prime contract administration tasks such as reviewing RFPs, evaluating awards, and preparing modifications.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations while collaborating with program, legal, and finance teams to resolve contractual issues.

• 4+ years of increasingly responsible experience in federal subcontract administration with additional exposure to prime contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of the FAR, the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), and federal procurement practices; ability to apply clause flow-downs effectively.
• Experience with a variety of contract types (FFP, Labor Hour, T&M) for both prime and subcontract agreements.
• Proven ability to negotiate subcontract terms, draft modifications, and resolve performance or compliance issues.
• Demonstrated ability to support prime contract tasks such as reviewing RFPs, evaluating award documentation, and monitoring deliverables.
