Technical Operations Officer

Technical Operations Officers carry-out and oversee technical operations, information gathering, and exploitation efforts that support key national intelligence goals. This role involves using their technical skills, practical operational methods, and customized tools to reduce risks and tackle intelligence needs while working closely with other U.S. Government personnel and private industry. Technical Operations Officers must be able to adjust quickly to varied and changing work settings and rapidly apply their technical skills and expertise to fast-moving, high-stakes missions.

In some cases, this role may require world-wide travel. Technical Operations Officers may have opportunities for additional skills training beyond their own area of expertise.
