Position: Data Exploitation Analyst (Multiple Levels) with Security Clearance
Responsibilities Noblis is seeking Data Exploitation Analyst(s) to work in dynamic mission-oriented environment within McLean, Virginia.

Job Responsibilities:

* Conduct identity intelligence (I2) analysis, relational tracing, and data correlation to uncover relationships, patterns, trends, and indicators that address critical intelligence gaps.
* Validate and authenticate identity information across multiple intelligence sources to ensure accuracy, reliability, and mission relevance.
* Leverage all-source intelligence methodologies and data science tools to synthesize complex datasets and produce actionable intelligence products in support of high-visibility missions.
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive briefings, written reports, and analytical assessments to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with cross-functional intelligence teams and mission partners to share findings, refine collection strategies, and enhance overall situational awareness.
* Apply advanced analytical tradecraft to identify emerging threats, anomalies, and intelligence indicators within large and diverse data environments.
* Support continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to integrate new tools, techniques, and technologies that enhance data exploitation and analytical capabilities.

Required Qualifications
* Experience conducting identity intelligence analysis, relational tracing, and data correlation to identify relationships, patterns, trends, and indicators that address intelligence gaps.
* Experience validating identity information and delivering briefings and reports while leveraging all-source intelligence and data science tools to support high-visibility missions. Required minimum skills and knowledge:
* US Citizenship is required.
* Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Multiple levels can be accommodated.
* Junior Level:
* Bachelor's degree OR Master's OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience OR High-School with 6 years of experience.
* Compensation: $68,200 - $106,525
* Journeyman:
* Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 1 year of experience OR PhD with 0 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR High-School with 9 years of experience
* Compensation: $82,500 - $128,925
* Senior Level:
* Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 3 years of experience OR PhD with 1 year of experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR High-School with 11 years of experience
* Compensation: $99,800 - $156,050 Travel up to 10% within US Lift up to 30 lbs, walk, bend, drive Desired Qualifications
* Experience producing analytical reports with key findings and recommendations, coordinating products across Intelligence Community, law enforcement, homeland security, and policy partners, and delivering timely, accurate intelligence to support counter terrorism and threat awareness.
* Experience enhancing the completeness and accuracy of terrorist identity records by analyzing and enriching identity data within TIDE using traditional and non-traditional intelligence sources, including social media.
* Prior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency.
* Experience and application of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206.
* Experience supporting continuous mission operations with the ability to support shift differentials.
