Senior Associate, Federal Healthcare Policy

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive audits of stakeholder (i.e. Direct Enrollment (DE) / Enhances Direct Enrollment (EDE) partner) platforms and documentation to assess compliance with federal regulations
• Synthesize / translate complex federal regulatory requirements into audience-appropriate communication and education materials
• Conduct policy research to assist in answering stakeholder questions related to federal healthcare programs, as well as support federal agency policy / operational decision-making
• Conduct research on healthcare industry trends to support federal agencies in policy-decision making and program implementation
• Translate audit findings and research into actionable insights and clear, concise recommendations for clients.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of Federal Healthcare Policy, program integrity, or compliance auditing experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience analyzing and applying federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex policy and audit findings into clear, technical written materials tailored to difference audiences
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently develop a proposed approach to research a given policy question
• Experience conducting detailed documentation reviews and/or functional compliance testing
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
