We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in a welcoming Assisted Living and Memory Care community in McLean, VA. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about supporting seniors and providing person-centered care to residents with varying levels of need, including those living with dementia.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning
• Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
• Engage residents in social interaction and meaningful activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with nursing staff

• Active Virginia CNA certification (required)
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care
• Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
