This full-time, on-site Caregiver role is based in Sterling or Leesburg, Virginia. The Caregiver will provide personalized assistance to seniors, performing tasks such as daily living support, meal preparation, light cleaning, running errands, and offering companionship. Responsibilities also include assisting with grooming, dressing, mobility support, and fostering a comfortable and safe environment egivers act as a dependable source of support for clients, ensuring their well-being and independence.

• Experience with personal care assistance including grooming, dressing, and mobility support
• Basic skills in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic companionship
• Ability to support clients with technology for maintaining connectivity and assistance
• Dependability, patience, and professionalism in caregiving responsibilities
• First aid and CPR certification is strongly preferred
• Previous caregiving experience, especially with seniors, is highly advantageous
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
