Senior Associate, Federal Healthcare Solutions

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

• Synthesize and translate complex regulatory requirements into compliance procedures
• Perform thorough reviews of potential non-compliance by analyzing case referrals, enrollment data, and consumer consent documentation against federal regulations
• Document findings and evidence in a dedicated Administrated Record for each case to ensure audit traceability and defensibility
• Conduct on-demand data analysis to create ad doc reports, briefing materials, operational documentation and dashboards in response to emerging compliance trends or leadership inquires

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of Federal Healthcare Policy experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience supporting / conducting healthcare policy research and analysis
• Experience / knowledge of healthcare programs (e.g.
  
  - Medicare, Medicaid)
• Experience synthesizing healthcare policy research and presentation development
• Experience supporting project management day-to-day activities such as project progress check-ins / project schedules
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
• Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
