JLL's Concierge Assistant Manager in McLean, VA, provides outstanding guest experiences while supporting the Concierge Manager with team oversight. Serves as the main point of contact for the team and clients when the Concierge Manager is unavailable.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 1 year in luxury hospitality or similar and 1 year of leadership experience. Schedule is 40 hours weekly, Sunday through Thursday, with some evenings and holidays.
