Senior Recruitment Specialist

Overview

LHH is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a 4–6 month contract opportunity
.

• Previous recruiting experience supporting legal and accounting roles
• Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to build and maintain robust pipelines
• Experience working in large, complex organizations (big-company experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage a requisition load of 15–18 open roles at any given time
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule
  , commutable to McLean, VA

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  , from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver targeted hiring strategies
• Source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple platforms (Linked In, job boards, referrals, Boolean, etc.)
• Screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and updates in ATS systems
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet hiring goals and deadlines
