Duration: Contract to hire – 1 month
Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Full Desk Recruiter who’s energized by fast-paced work and passionate about relationship building. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic talent partner — collaborating with hiring managers across the organization to craft targeted recruiting plans and drive seamless, high-quality hiring experiences from first touch to offer.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with department leaders to translate team goals into clear hiring plans
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and close
- Develop role-specific sourcing strategies and interview processes
- Screen candidates for both competencies and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate structured feedback sessions
- Support hiring managers with offer structuring and closing strategy
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a transparent experience
- Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Provide market insights and compensation benchmarking to drive hiring decisions
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize process efficiency
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with both agency and in-house exposure
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
- Strong ability to assess talent beyond keyword matching
- Excellent communication skills with candidates at all levels
- Proven ability to multitask and collaborate across teams
- Familiarity with high-volume or multi-role pipelines
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS and recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
